Single implants are mostly advised for the patient if bridge option is not possible ,if the adjacent teeth is compromised as we can’t take support for the bridge and replacement option without disturbing the adjacent natural teeth. Even though there is a healthy adjacent tooth we advise implants for replacing the missing tooth to avoid the trimming of adjacent tooth
Single implant is a very minimal surgical procedure and also a perfect and healthy solution for your missing tooth.
In the case of a single tooth implant, if it is a front tooth , a temporary tooth will be given during the waiting period.
This system is called the “All on 4” and “All on 6” technique.
It is also called the Implant Bridge .In case of 2 or more missing teeth, multiple implants can be done for sectional replacement. Number of implants depends on space available for replacement, number of missing teeth and your quality & quantity of bone available.
In all on 6 implants we can give Hybrid denture or ceramic tooth, Which very clearly mimic the natural tooth. It doesn’t have dentures around the teeth.
Can be included according to the strength we need.
Each titanium bar attachment is meticulously designed to match the unique anatomy of the patient’s jaw. This customization ensures snug fit and optimal load distribution, contributing to the longevity of the prosthetic restoration.
Zirconium ,a strong and durable ceramic material has become a popular choice in dental restoration due to its biocompatibility and aesthetic qualities .In all on 4 treatments ,a custom fabricated zirconium bar serves as the structural foundation for the final prosthesis. This bar is precision –milled to fit securely onto the four strategically placed implants, providing stability and support for the attached dental bridge.
Meshwork, a reinforcing structure often made from titanium,is introduced to enhance the stability and longevity of the ALL ON 4/ALL ON 6 implants with hybrid dentures. This meshwork acts as a scaffold, promoting osseointegration and providing additional support to the implants.
Enhanced Stability : The placement of more number of implants provides increased stability and support for the full arch prosthesis promoting longevity of the prosthesis
Distribution of Load : With the placement of strategically positioned implants the load distribution is optimized reducing the stress on individual implants and enhancing overall strength.
Bone Preservation : All on 6 implants often minimize bone resorption and contribute to preservation of jaw bone and maintaining facial aesthetics.
Improved Chewing Efficiently : As the prosthetic part is firmly fixed and stable, chewing efficiency is more like natural teeth.
